“This report by Americans for Public Trust reveals the alarming scope of left-wing foreign influence over ballot issues across America. Ballot issues directly affect Americans’ rights and liberties. These campaigns, like all elections, should be free of foreign influence. It is shocking that the Sixteen Thirty Fund can accept a quarter-billion dollars from foreign billionaire Hansjörg Wyss while spending nearly $100 million to rewrite the laws and constitutions of 25 states. Ballot issues should never be a backdoor for foreign influence in American elections.”
