Jason Snead, Executive Director of Honest Elections Project, released the following statement:

“Yesterday, Honest Elections Project Vice President Chad Ennis and numerous other conservative groups provided testimony at a public hearing in the Wisconsin Senate’s Committee on Shared Revenue, Elections, and Consumer Protection about a bill that would implement final-five voting – a process that includes ranked-choice voting (RCV) – for congressional elections in the state.

“RCV is a convoluted process that turns elections into a black box that many voters don’t understand or trust, significantly hurting voter confidence in the outcome of elections. Rather than being adopted, RCV should be banned in states across the country.”
