Jason Snead, Executive Director of Honest Elections Project, released the following statement:
“It was an honor to address the distinguished members of the Ohio Senate today along with numerous other conservative groups about the dangers of ranked-choice voting (RCV). RCV is a convoluted election method that confuses voters, can disenfranchise voters who do not rank all candidates in some instances, and puts public confidence in elections in jeopardy. Lawmakers should not be making it harder to vote, which is exactly what RCV does.”
