Jason Snead, Executive Director of Honest Elections Project, released the following statement:

“Today, Honest Elections Project Vice President Chad Ennis and I will provide written testimony for a hearing in the Wisconsin State Assembly on legislation that would implement final-five voting for Congressional elections in the state. Ranked-choice voting (RCV), which is integral to the process of final-five voting, makes voting harder and damages public trust in election outcomes. States should be moving to ban RCV rather than implement it.”
