Honest Elections Project Executive Director Jason Snead released the following statement:
“States are well within their rights to require people to show proof of citizenship in order to vote by mail. The Ninth Circuit’s decision requiring unlimited access to mail-in ballots would nullify almost every state regulation on such ballots, causing unprecedented chaos. We believe the Supreme Court should allow Arizona’s law go into effect and allow states to secure their own elections.”
