“Pennsylvania law clearly requires mail-in ballots to be dated. No number of lawsuits by the left will change that fact. The left’s strategy is simple: sue as many times as it takes to win, no matter the facts or the law. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court should reject this latest attempt to undermine the integrity of Pennsylvania’s elections. HEP is proud to partner with Restoring Integrity and Trust in Elections (RITE) to defend the rule of law in Pennsylvania.”
