“Any debate on Georgia’s election reforms must start with the facts. Georgia expanded early voting opportunities, improved absentee voter verification with an ID requirement, tackled persistent long lines at some polls, and codified secure drop boxes. These are overwhelmingly popular, commonsense reforms that make it easy to vote, and hard to cheat. It’s time to set hyperbole aside and focus on improving elections and bolstering voter confidence through reforms that ensure fair, secure, and accessible elections for all.”
